Birthday Party Ideas

 NEW NEW  NEW

It's easy to put on a themed birthday party for the golfer or batter in your family with the help of Marvin Road golf and Batting. Check out what amenities we have to offer and then add these ideas to create a party at home that they will remember.

Here are some ideas to make a fun party that has no mess and is fun for mom too!

  1. Have guests meet at your house.
  2. Kids are always excited to give and open presents. So do it right away.
  3. Feed them food at home you don't have to clean up after. Make it simple. EX: juice boxes, pop cans, cupcakes rather than cake.
  4. Play mini golf...set up ahead and birthday  child receives a birthday golf ball to play with and keep.
  5. Take pictures.
  6. As the kids come off the course...let them pick out an ice cream bar.
  7. When their parents arrive to pick them up give them a party goody bag to take home.

Entire party from start to finish 2 hrs.   NO mess just fun!  It's priceless.

Tee off at home with the guest enjoying cupcakes. Decorate them with green coconut for grass and add a gumball for the golf ball. As each child choses their cupcake the color will designate which team they will be on. In golf we use 4somes.  EX: if you have 8 guests that would be 2 foursomes. You will need 4 different colors of gumballs...2 of each.

       Game Ideas

  1. Buy baseball tokens to use as  prizes.
  2. After mini golf watch and listen to the excitement in the batting cages.
  3. As parents drive up you can see them and dismiss the kids safely.

Party Putters

Draw a circle on the floor with a pc. of chalk. Using a broom see who can putt an orange closest to the hole.

Hole in one

Kids kneal on a chair facing the back, holding their arm straight out they try to drop a plastic golf ball into a cup.

Variation for baseball theme use tokens into a baseball shoe.

Pin Placement

On the course the flags are colored Red for up front, white for in the middle and blue for on the back of the green.  Cut 3 triangles out of paper and put tape on the back. Gotta sliding glass door? Draw a big green on it with wipe off pens.  Easy clean up after the party. Takes only minutes to get ready as well.

Now blindfold the kids and turn them once. Hand them a flag telling them which color it is. They try to put it in the correct area on the green. Everyone can be a winner on this one plus they can have 3 trys.

Even though we do not host  the party here, we can promise it will be a round of golf to remember.
